We are full members of the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) and APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers). APIP are part of the ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) body. These memberships ensure that all our clerks are trained to the highest standard and are kept updated about any changes to the law in relation to the Inventory and the property sector in general as well as providing continuous support. APIP and the AIIC both have a strict code of conduct and professionalism which is why they are the leading 2 official organisations.

In addition to our official inventory memberships, as a company that deals with residential property, we are now full members of the government approved Property Redress Scheme (PRS). Although not mandatory for our type of company we joined to supplement our commitment to high standards within the private rented sector and transparency and even-handedness in the work that we take great satisfaction in doing.
