The Inventory report created at the start of tenancy will include a full record of condition and content of the property including cleaning. It is essential that the property is returned to the minimum standard of cleanliness at the end of the tenancy as it was at the start to avoid any loss of deposit due to cleaning.

Bedrooms/Reception Rooms

Step one is to take care of dust and dirt. The best way to tackle this is to wipe rooms from top to bottom.

  • Throw leftover food and carrier bags away
  • Clean and polish sinks and shine taps

  • Clean inside of windows and wipe down sills, ledges and frames

Furnishings
